General Terms and Conditions
§ 1 General, Scope
1.1 All deliveries and services are exclusively provided on the basis of the following General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") in their version valid at the time of the order.
1.2 The contractual partner is Nextlevelnutrition GmbH, Industriestrasse 9, 79541 Lörrach. The said contractual partner is hereinafter referred to as "Seller".
1.3 Customers within the meaning of these terms and conditions can be both consumers and entrepreneurs (hereinafter "Customer"). Consumers within the meaning of the terms and conditions are natural persons who conclude contracts for a purpose that is predominantly neither their commercial nor their independent professional activity. Entrepreneurs within the meaning of the terms and conditions are natural or legal persons or partnerships with legal capacity who, when concluding a contract with the seller, act in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
2.1 Our offer is binding. By placing your order, you accept our offer to conclude a contract. The contract is concluded when your order is sent to us. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
2.2 If you have found the desired product, you can view it in more detail without obligation by clicking on the product name, the product image, or the "Order" button. By clicking the "Add to cart" button, you can place the item in the shopping cart. You can view the contents of the shopping cart at any time without obligation by clicking on the shopping cart graphic in the shopping cart window that opens. You can change the products by adjusting the quantity or by clicking the "X" button, or remove them from the shopping cart. If you want to purchase the products in the shopping cart, click the "Checkout" button on the "Shopping Cart" page.
During the further ordering process, you can log in via your customer account or enter further contact details for shipping. After pressing the "Continue to Shipping" button, you can select the shipping options. After clicking on the "Continue to Payment" button, you will reach the next step of the ordering process and can select the desired payment method. In the last step, under "Review Order", you will receive an overview of your order data and can review your information again and correct it under "Edit". Input errors can also be corrected by returning to previous order steps using the provided buttons, navigating backward in the browser, or canceling the order process and starting again from the beginning. On the "Review" subpage, you will be informed about our general terms and conditions and the right of withdrawal. To complete the purchase, you must click the "Buy" button. This sends the order to us.
§ 3 Storage
We store your order, the entered order data, and the entire contract text. We will send you an order receipt and order confirmation by e-mail with all order data and the entire contract text. You also have the option to print both the order and the General Terms and Conditions before sending the order to us.
§ 4 Prices, Shipping Costs
All prices include statutory VAT plus shipping costs. We deliver with DPD or another provider of our choice.
§ 5 Delivery Conditions
5.1 We deliver exclusively to the following countries: Germany, Austria, Luxembourg, Italy, Spain, France, Poland, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Monaco, Finland, Belgium, Hungary, Slovenia, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Romania, Denmark, Portugal, and Greece.
5.2 Shipping
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 3 – 5 days, and for international deliveries within 5 – 7 days after conclusion of the contract.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
§ 6 Payment Conditions
6.1 Payment can be made by: Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Amex), Sofortüberweisung (Klarna Sofort), Klarna Sofort, Pay Later and Pay Now, PayPal, Amazon Payment.
6.2 For consumers, we reserve ownership of the purchased item until full payment of the invoice amount. If you are an entrepreneur acting in the exercise of your commercial or independent professional activity, a legal person under public law, or a special fund under public law, we reserve ownership of the purchased item until all outstanding claims from the business relationship with the buyer have been settled.
§ 7 Warranty
7.1 If you are a consumer, the warranty is provided in accordance with statutory provisions.
7.2 If you place your order with us as an entrepreneur, the following applies: a) Delivered goods must be inspected by the customer immediately after delivery. If a defect becomes apparent, we must be notified immediately.
§ 8 Liability
8.1 If you are a consumer, we are liable for damages according to statutory provisions.
8.2 If you place your order with us as an entrepreneur, the statutory liability rules apply.

§ 10 Jurisdiction, Place of Jurisdiction
10.1 German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
10.2 The place of jurisdiction is the location of our company in Lörrach.
§ 11 Miscellaneous
11.1 The contract language is German.
11.2 Should one or more provisions of these GTC be ineffective, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid.
